ADVANCING WOMEN IN ITEC

ITEC in now a major driver for change in many businesses. A shortage of skilled workers is making it difficult for companies to compete successfully in the global economy.



 

Despite the skills shortage, fewer than one in five ITEC professionals and mangers are women and the number of women employed in ITEC is declining in most industrialised countries.

 

With organisations chasing fewer and fewer skilled workers, there is a strong business case for increasing the proportion of women in ITEC.

 

Equalitec contributes to building a diverse workforce by helping to improve:
